Statement
About Me
· My name is Nathan Telford and I am originally from Valley Center Kansas. I am attending Fort Hays University and I am majoring in graphic design. I am finishing up my freshman year and I have already completed 12 hours and am working on 15 at the moment.
Background
· Originally my first choice in colleges was Kansas State University cause about all of my family that attended college went there. But Fort Hays State University was the only college that visited my school in person which appealed to me. Also they had a lot better resources for my major in graphic design.
BFA in Graphic Design
· Graphic Design appealed to me because I always wanted to do something that pertained to art and problem solving. My teacher in high school revealed me to graphic design and instantly I was interested to know more. BFA in Graphic Design is important to me because it pertains to me and what I want to do in life.
Goals
· When I am in school my major goal is to complete the course with flying colors. Also to acknowledge myself better about what art is all about especially the parts I do not know about yet.
· When I get out of school my major goal is to get started right away in the field of graphic design, mostly in advertisement.
